Delegate fees are structured around a basic registration fee and the option of an inclusive accommodation package or a daily attendance rate.

The registration fee of £250 covers the whole period of the conference (August 5-10) but is exclusive of all meals, refreshments and use of facilities.

The accommodation package is totally inclusive of all meals and facilities, it offers a wide range of options from four star hotels to basic student accommodation with shared bathroom. View accommodation.

The daily attendance rate is £30 including lunch, or £46 for delegates wishing to stay for dinner in the evening.

Social events: for delegates and accompanying persons we offer a lively and varied programme of social events, entertainment and excursions making full use of the cultural diversity and history surrounding the conference venue. Social events must be booked and paid for at the same time as you register for the conference. If you have already registered and wish to book places for any of the events please complete the social booking form.
